Power BI Slider

How does it work?

With Power BI Slider you automate the presentation of your Power BI reports on TVs and other screens.

All you need is a valid Microsoft Power BI account, a browser and an internet connection. There is nothing to install.

The platform gives you automation such as:

  • Choosing which report pages take part in the presentation.
  • Setting how long each page stays on screen.
  • Applying filters through Bookmarks.
  • Setting how often the data is checked for updates.

Power BI Slider is the only service on the market with Compositions, which let you build a presentation from pages of several different Power BI reports, repeat a page more than once, and apply filters through Bookmarks. That is what makes a wall display match how your company actually reads its numbers.

Simple access

There is nothing to set up. Sign in with your Microsoft account and all your reports and permissions load on their own.

The only data collected is your profile reference (name and email) and the list of Power BI workspaces and reports.

Important: we cannot change or update your reports or workspaces, and we do not read the data inside your datasets. Power BI Slider only embeds your environment into our application. All your permissions and access stay with Microsoft. If you are an administrator, granting consent on behalf of your organisation is what lets the platform work at its full potential.

Plans without limits

Every plan is plain and unrestricted:

  • No report limit. Open as many reports as your Power BI account has.
  • No screen limit. Use as many browsers as you like with your Power BI account.
  • No limit on how long you use it.

Try every feature free for 15 days.

Requirements

  • A valid Microsoft Power BI account.
  • A device, screen or TV with a browser and internet access.

New here?

The platform is straightforward. There are three ways to get your reports onto a screen:

  1. 1Present one Power BI report on a screen.
  2. 2Build a composition from pages of several different reports.
  3. 3Open a report straight from Power BI using our browser extension.

The tutorial walks through each of these, screen by screen, with pictures.
