Jedizer Tecnologia Ltda is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect the information gathered through our application.
1. Collected Data
We collect the profile information from your Microsoft account (name, email, and the identifiers of your user and tenant), and the list of workspaces and reports needed to show them to you. Authentication and report retrieval run through secure APIs maintained by Microsoft. If you subscribe to a paid plan we also collect the billing details you provide: billing email, legal or full name, tax ID, address and phone. Compositions you create are stored in your account, including the names of the reports and workspaces whose pages they use. We record usage events, such as which report was presented and when, associated with your email. We never access the data inside your datasets, and we never store card numbers.
2. Data Usage
We use the collected data to provide and improve our application, including user authentication, application-related communications and subscription maintenance.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We use service providers who process data on our behalf in order to run the service: Microsoft (authentication and report embedding), Stripe (payments and billing identity), Google Cloud (usage records), and Vercel (hosting). Beyond these, we share data only when required by law.
4. Data Security
We have implemented technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
5. Rights of Data Holders
You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data that we hold.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is collected, complying with applicable legal requirements.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside of Brazil, in which case we ensure that appropriate protective measures are in place.
8. Updates to the Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated occasionally. We will post any changes on our platform.
